We know the front line from our own work in restaurants and retail. Clarivo grew out of our friendship and a research project.
As an economist, Max spent years running empirical research projects with large chains and realized how much untapped potential statistical modeling, AI and local knowledge can unlock. Paul spent many years investing in young European technology companies and saw firsthand how technology transforms entire industries.
We are convinced that it is time to bring the benefits of AI to the front line of the industry and help shape positive change. Many conversations with operators have confirmed the need for this change.
